Which CDD Board member made this statement?? "Believe you me, this new Board is trying everything to lower our annual CDD assessments; however, as of yet we have not been able to find a feasible way to do so."
So what is this CDD Board member trying to do? What's his purpose on the Board? Someone is really trying hard to make his fantasy real. (create another Doral or Kendal) Well, Its not happening, Pure Politics!

Was it the same guy that Promised to refinance the Bonds and give us a Refund?

I live in Homestead so I don't have to deal with the Problems of Kendall.
