I have lived in Waterstone for about 3 1/2 years and I have seen all the good and the bad that has happend in our community, but nothing speaks in high volume then the lack of respect that Angel Garrote has for this community especially the community in which he lives in. Frankly speaking your profession does not make you the best candidate for the job you have and I'm sure that your presidentcy as board member will come to an end soon. Hopefully you would be smart enough to resigned before it came to that. Let the Homestead Police do thier job, our security situation has gotten much better in that last seven months and you requesting to add more money to the cdd tax is not going to make things better, if anthing it's going to make it hard for those of us the live in Waterstone to get access to entrance of our community because of all the traffic build-up that the officers at the main entrance with cause.

Angel just quit and leave Waterstone alone.

I think their may be some confusion about me and another board member. I, Angel, was the Only No Vote for the proposed increase for Security. I am extremely confidant in the Homestead Police Dept. and agree that our community security issues have improved. Alex the CDD Chairman proposed the $400,000 increase not I and again I was the only one to Vote agaist it.
